We take full responsibility for their wellbeing, offering them unconditional love and care. This special bond lasts until the very end of their life. That is why, when the time for farewell comes, we are here to help you say goodbye with dignity.
The Moment of Farewell
The bond we share with our pets makes their passing incredibly difficult. Especially when medicine no longer helps, and we are faced with the painful decision to end their suffering. In such moments, we often turn to a veterinarian who has cared for our pet throughout its life — someone we trust. It is the veterinarian who can guide you through this difficult decision with empathy and professionalism.
Individual Cremation at Animal Park®
Individual cremation means that your pet is cremated alone in a dedicated chamber. This option is chosen by pet owners who wish to keep the ashes of their beloved companion. Depending on the animal’s size, the process takes between one and four hours. The complete remains are carefully collected and placed into an urn selected by the owner. Please note that during individual cremation, only the body of the animal is cremated — personal items such as blankets, toys, or collars are not included. We are not responsible for items left at veterinary clinics. Any belongings received along with the pet are donated to local animal shelters and cannot be returned.
Owners are welcome to attend their pet’s final farewell. After the cremation is completed, we provide the ashes in an urn along with an official Animal Park® certificate, which includes the date of cremation and the signature of the person responsible for the cremation process.
If you are unable or prefer not to attend, we can prepare a short video of the cremation’s start upon request.

Urns and memorial items can be collected in person at our headquarters, or we can deliver them via courier or by a staff member for an additional fee.
We offer a 30% discount on cremation for:
- • Veterinarians who are pet owners
- • Owners of dogs that served in the police, military, border guard, or other public service units, upon presentation of appropriate documentation

We provide free transport from veterinary clinics in the following provinces:

- • mazowieckiego,
- • małopolskiego,

- • and Wrocławia.
Transportation from outside these areas or directly from the owner’s home is priced individually.

Identification & Transparency
Each pet is assigned a unique ID from the moment of pickup, which remains with them until the ashes are returned to the owner. This ensures full transparency and peace of mind throughout the process.
W Animal Park® your pet’s body is registered and stored in our facility by the team member who assisted with transportation. Upon request, they will keep you informed about each stage of the cremation process.
Urns and keepsakes can be picked up in person or delivered to the address you provide via courier or by one of our team members (additional fee applies).

An alternative to individual cremation is communal cremation, where several animals are cremated simultaneously in one chamber. In this case, the pet is not labeled and remains anonymous throughout the process. Ashes from this type of cremation are not returned, although a symbolic amount of ashes can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Transport of the body for communal cremation is free of charge in Lublin and Mikołów. To other locations, the costs of the employee’s arrival are calculated individually.
