• • Individual cremations are performed Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM according to a set schedule.
• • Pet pickup after 4:00 PM, from a veterinary clinic or home, or on Sundays and holidays, is subject to an additional fee of 250 PLN. The pickup time depends on our staff availability.
• • Individual cremations performed after 4:00 PM or on public holidays incur an additional charge of 250 PLN. Cremation times follow a set schedule; appointments outside regular hours are based on staff availability.

We provide free transport (when choosing individual cremation) only from regularly cooperating veterinary practices on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 in the following provinces:

• • lubelskiego,
• • łódzkiego,
• • mazowieckiego,
• • małopolskiego,
• • opolskiego,
• • śląskiego,
• • świętokrzyskiego.

Transportation from outside these areas or directly from the owner’s home is priced individually.

All cremations are carried out at our branch in Mikołów.

Transfer title: Pet’s name and owner’s full name

Payments

Payments can be made by bank transfer, at the veterinary clinic, or in cash at the Animal Park headquarters.
